I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach who wants you to feel like your most radiant, energized self. After years of struggling with chronic gut issues and anxiety (and eventually learning they’re very much connected!), I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, fatigued, dismissed by doctors, and unsure where to turn.
Now, as a new mom, I also understand how much life shifts in this chapter—and how self-care looks totally different.
