  • Health coaching is a personalized, supportive process that helps you create sustainable habits to feel better in your body and life. As your coach, I guide you in uncovering what’s been holding you back—whether it’s fatigue, gut issues, hormone imbalances, or just not feeling like yourself—and help you build realistic strategies to support lasting change.

    Instead of offering one-size-fits-all advice, I take a whole-person approach, looking at nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, mindset, and more. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, identify what’s getting in the way, and create a roadmap that feels doable and aligned with your life—not overwhelming.

    The result? More energy, more confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself—without the burnout or guesswork.

  • Licensed therapists can diagnose, prescribe, and / or treat mental health conditions, while a coach cannot. I like to say that in therapy you dig into your past to figure out your present. In coaching, we dig into your present to help you get to where you want to be in the future. They’re both helpful in different ways and can be used complementary to enhance your overall well-being.

  • The first session (45 minutes) is all about looking at the different aspects of your wellness -identifying where your strengths lie and where there’s room for opportunity. We’ll dive into your overall wellness vision, your values, and identify the gaps of where you’re at now vs where you’d like to be. This can be a very eye-opening time for clients to look at their health from a new lens.

    In all additional sessions (30 minutes) we’ll set small goals that will help you get closer to your wellness vision. These goals are always set by you (the client), so just because you set a goal around increasing protein intake last week (for example) doesn’t mean you can’t set one around walking this week.

    This is all done with empathy and compassion - our sessions are always a judgment-free zone.

  • My 8-week coaching program, The Nourished Method, is $597 and includes one-on-one support tailored to your unique needs and goals. You’ll receive eight weekly sessions, personalized guidance between sessions, curated resources, and ongoing accountability to help you stay on track.

    Rather than piecing together free advice or trying another one-size-fits-all plan, this program is designed to help you get to the root of your symptoms—so you can stop guessing and start feeling better. Investing in your health now can save you time, energy, and frustration down the road.

    I also offer 30-minute “tune-up” sessions after the 8 weeks for continued support, so you never feel like you’re doing it alone. These sessions are available for $75 each and can be booked as needed.

    Payment plans are available, and I’m always happy to chat more to see if this is the right fit for you.

  • With my program - The Nourished Method - it’s an 8 week program (8 sessions total).

    This 8-week structure is designed to support real, sustainable transformation. When we commit to a set period of time together, it creates a safe, consistent container for growth. This allows you to build momentum, integrate new habits, and receive the accountability and encouragement that’s often missing when sessions are booked one at a time. Change takes time—and you deserve the space and support to truly show up for yourself.

    But know that I will not leave you hanging after the program is over. If you're looking for continued support beyond the 8 sessions, we can always schedule “tune up” sessions once a quarter (or however often you’d like to check in).

  • It's up to the client - however, the most common cadence is once a week to stay on track with the 8 week program.

    Also know I'm here to support you between sessions if you prefer a text or email check-in for accountability.

  • It is not currently covered but insurance (but something that is in the works with the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches). I will be sure to provide updates as this progresses.

  • No referral needed, but if you have any biometrics or important information from your doctor that you think would be beneficial to your health coach, please bring to your first session.

  • I am in Chicago but all sessions are virtual so we can work together from anywhere.

  • Group coaching and family coaching are not currently offered but are something that will be available in the future. If this is something you’re interested in, please submit an inquiry on my contact page and let’s find a way to work together.

  • Workshop pricing varies based on the topic, format (virtual or in-person), and size of your group. Most workshops range from $300–$500 per session, with custom pricing available for multi-session series or larger events.
