  • Health coaching is a personalized, supportive process that helps you create sustainable habits to feel better in your body and life. As your coach, I guide you in uncovering what’s been holding you back—whether it’s fatigue, gut issues, hormone imbalances, or just not feeling like yourself—and help you build realistic strategies to support lasting change.

    Instead of offering one-size-fits-all advice, I take a whole-person approach, looking at nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, mindset, and more. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, identify what’s getting in the way, and create a roadmap that feels doable and aligned with your life—not overwhelming.

    The result? More energy, more confidence, and a deeper connection to yourself—without the burnout or guesswork.

  • Licensed therapists can diagnose, prescribe, and / or treat mental health conditions, while a coach cannot. I like to say that in therapy you dig into your past to figure out your present. In coaching, we dig into your present to help you get to where you want to be in the future. They’re both helpful in different ways and can be used complementary to enhance your overall well-being.

  • The first session (45 minutes) is all about looking at the different aspects of your wellness -identifying where your strengths lie and where there’s room for opportunity. We’ll dive into your overall wellness vision, your values, and identify the gaps of where you’re at now vs where you’d like to be. This can be a very eye-opening time for clients to look at their health from a new lens.

    In all additional sessions (30 minutes) we’ll set small goals that will help you get closer to your wellness vision. These goals are always set by you (the client), so just because you set a goal around increasing protein intake last week (for example) doesn’t mean you can’t set one around walking this week.

    This is all done with empathy and compassion - our sessions are always a judgment-free zone.

  • The Nourished Method is my signature 1:1 coaching experience designed to help you restore energy, reduce symptoms, and feel more like yourself again through a personalized, whole-person approach.

    Most clients begin with a 3-month private coaching commitment for $1,497. This includes personalized coaching sessions, tailored guidance, supportive resources, and accountability along the way. The goal is to create meaningful, sustainable change—not another quick fix or one-size-fits-all plan.

    Payment plans are available, and tune-up sessions may be offered after your initial coaching container for continued support.

  • The Nourished Method is designed as a 3-month private coaching experience because meaningful, lasting change takes time. Most clients begin with this level of commitment so we can create a strong foundation, build momentum, and make adjustments along the way based on your real life.

    We’ll typically meet twice per month for a total of 6 sessions over 3 months, though your coaching experience is personalized to your needs and goals. Between sessions, I also offer support and accountability through text or email check-ins, so you don’t feel like you’re doing this alone.

    This structure creates the consistency and support needed to help you integrate new habits in a sustainable way—rather than relying on quick fixes or one-off conversations.

    If you’d like continued support after your initial coaching container, tune-up sessions are available for past clients at $97/ session.

  • It is not currently covered but insurance (but something that is in the works with the National Board of Health & Wellness Coaches). I will be sure to provide updates as this progresses.

  • No referral needed, but if you have any biometrics or important information from your doctor that you think would be beneficial to your health coach, please bring to your first session.

  • I am in Chicago but all sessions are virtual so we can work together from anywhere.

  • While I don’t currently offer traditional family or group health coaching, I do offer a group experience called Clarity Catalyst—an 8-week journey designed to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

  • Workshop pricing varies based on the topic, format (virtual or in-person), level of customization, and group size. Most workshops start at $500, with many falling in the $500–$750 range. Custom pricing is available for multi-session series, larger events, or more tailored experiences.
